Withdrawal Policy

1. Withdrawal Eligibility
To request a withdrawal, your account must be identity-verified (KYC approved) and a withdrawal PIN must be set. Withdrawals are only sent to payout accounts in your own name to prevent fraud.
2. Fee Structure
Every withdrawal is subject to a 25% service fee deducted from the requested amount. This fee is deducted before the payout is dispatched.
3. Fee Example
If you request $1,000.00, the 25% service fee is $250.00. The amount you receive is $750.00.
4. Processing Timelines
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team within 24–48 business hours. Once approved, funds are dispatched to your registered payout account. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days; mobile money and crypto payouts depend on network and provider conditions.
5. Available Balance
Your available balance is calculated as completed deposits plus trading earnings, minus reserved withdrawals. You can only withdraw up to your available balance at the time of the request.
6. Payout Methods
Supported payout methods include bank transfer, mobile money, and cryptocurrency. For crypto withdrawals, select the correct network (e.g. TRC-20, ERC-20) to avoid loss of funds. Incorrect network selections are not reversible.
7. Canceling a Withdrawal
Pending withdrawal requests can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard before they are approved. Once a withdrawal is approved and dispatched, it cannot be reversed.
8. Security Requirements
Each withdrawal requires your account PIN. Repeated incorrect PIN attempts will temporarily lock withdrawals to protect your funds. Two-factor authentication may also be required depending on your account settings.
9. Account Closure & Final Payout
Upon account closure, any remaining available balance will be returned to your verified payout account after all pending trades, fees, and compliance checks are settled.
